REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At Lash Sis UK, we offer a 14-day returns policy from receiving your products, so if you should need to, you have a 14 day window to request a return. To request a return please email orders.sisterlashuk@gmail.com along with your name on purchase and proof of purchase (e.g order confirmation)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees when posting products back. We will not be liable for any loss or damaged items that could potentially occur through your chosen choice of shipping service. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

REFUNDS- 

Once we have received and checked over the items to make sure they are unused and in its original packaging, we will contact you via email to let you know whether you have been approved for a refund, if approved you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days.

EXCHANGES-

If you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to do so as long as items are in original packaging and unused/unworn. If the exchanged item cost less than the original item, we will refund the difference or offer credit for the difference.

If the exchanged item costs more than the original item/s, we will request the difference from the customer.

we cannot accept returns on sale items or purchases made through gift cards.

We advise if you need to send products back, to send it with a trackable option as we only decide whether your eligible for a refund/exchange once the items have been received and inspected by us.
